This is your chance to ask everything you want to know about mindfulness, meditation, and bringing your whole self to work. From dealing with everyday stress to addressing burnout and more serious challenges, our experts are ready to share tips, research, and tools.

At this event, Headspace for Work meditation instructor Sam will lead a 15-minute live meditation, after which she and Headspace Health Director of Coaching Services Neal will answer the five most-voted questions for the rest of the hour.

Speakers:

SAMANTHA SNOWDEN
For more than 10 years, Samantha Snowden has taught meditation and mindfulness to kids, teens, families, and adults from all over the world. She has also trained in behavioral neuroscience, guided imagery, yoga, and nutrition.

NEAL
Neal is the Director of Coaching Services at Headspace Health, formally Ginger. In this role, Neal provides strategic vision and drives the process to build scalable solutions within the coaching org. Neal has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and experience working in a variety of mental health and coaching settings prior to coming to Ginger including Residential Substance Use, supportive housing, private clinics and neurorehabilitation programs. Neal’s interest and passion is in developing innovative solutions to addressing the supply-demand imbalance that exists in the Mental Health space.
