This is your chance to ask everything you want to know about mindfulness, meditation, and bringing your whole self to work. From dealing with everyday stress to addressing burnout and more serious challenges, our experts are ready to share tips, research, and tools.

At this event, Headspace for Work meditation instructor Dora will lead a 15-minute live meditation, after which she and Headspace Health Therapy Manager Samantha will answer the five most-voted questions for the rest of the hour.

As a meditation teacher, Dora encourages others to live, breathe, and be with the fullness of their experiences. She loves meditation’s power to create community and bring clarity to people’s minds.

SAMANTHA EDU
Samantha Edu is a Therapy Manager at Headspace Health. She has over 10+ years in the field of mental health being a change agent through leadership as well as in the individual and group therapy space. Samantha has extensive experience in providing individual counseling, clinical supervision to Master’s level clinicians, and leading clinical teams via telehealth platforms. This experience includes serving clients in community mental health programs, specializing in Black Women’s mental health, DEIB & Culture, and offering mental health training and solutions to support more sustainable and scalable solutions to provide effective care while keeping the wellness of providers in mind.
