March Mindfulness: Headspace Meditation + Journaling
Join Lena (Global Wellness Coordinator), every Monday in March and set the tone for the week! Live happier and healthier by learning the fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness through a 5 minute guided meditation on Headspace, followed by a 5 minute journaling session. Why journaling? Journaling about your mindfulness journey can help reinforce learning, for faster, more meaningful progress. All you need for this 15 minute session is an open mind, a quiet space, a journal / piece of paper and something to write with!
