Talk with a Therapist
Effective immediately the free and confidential in-person sessions provided by Aetna Resources for Living (our Employee Assistance Program –or EAP) will increase from five visits per incident to ten visits per incident. You also can talk with someone through the unlimited telephonic assistance available to you, as well as taking advantage of the video chat feature. Onsite counseling
For those employees who may want to take advantage of their 10 free (per incident) face to face EAP sessions without having to leave the building, we are now working on having counselors onsite each week in Princeton and at 1211. A counselor will be in Princeton on a regular basis and at 1211, a counselor will be available two days per week. Onsite Gyms
The beneficial connections between physical and emotional wellbeing are well documented. As such the gym at the Princeton location is fully open onsite! Sign up for your free 2 week membership (low membership rate of $25 a month, cancel anytime) or if you are a manager in Princeton and want to promote wellbeing by organizing a free stretch session with your team, one of our trainers will come to your area or can host virtually- Simply email carmine.zappola@dowjones.com. The gym at 1211 allows walk through’s each day of the week to consider whether you may wish to become a member however, they are not open at this time.

This program offers you short-term counseling, 8 weeks, with a coach or therapist to help you work through the issues that are overwhelming or may be causing stress in your life. The time with the coach or therapist is completely confidential and covered under our healthcare plan.

Share text messages with your counselor, who will respond daily up to five days a week. Each week of therapy counts as one session. Without making an appointment or driving to a provider’s office, Talkspace can help you:
