EAP sessions are now offered onsite in Princeton
We know that many employees, or a member of their family, will struggle with mental health and wellbeing issues in their lifetime.
With that in mind, we are excited to announce that starting on Tuesday, October 29th, all employees will be able to take advantage of their 10 free face-to-face EAP sessions in our Princeton Office.
Suruchi Saini, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) will be available in the Princeton Wellness Center (located on the main floor in Building 1 behind the cafeteria) every Tuesday between the hours of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Suruchi Saini, MA, LPC, NCC, CCTP
Suruchi Saini is a Mind-Body expert. For over 14 years, she has been conducting workshops/seminars on Professional – Personal Life Integration, Enhancing Focus, Stress Management, Goal Achievement, Self – Care and Mindful Living in various organizations/conferences, utilizing evidence-based research in Psychology and Neuroscience, along with Philosophy of Yoga.
She has also been successfully counseling professionals, families, couples and groups. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT). She provides counseling at her offices in Hoboken, Somerset, and through online video conferencing.
She served as a Senior Clinician at Rutgers until 2015 and on the Board of NAMI Middlesex, NJ. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from University of Texas at San Antonio, and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India.
