Back-Up Care During COVID-19
Bright Horizons® has shared with us that their in-home back-up care has good care options. As a result, Bright Horizons has streamlined their back-up care reservation process. Please be sure to register now, so you are ready when you need care. In light of Covid-19, we have increased visits up fro 20 to 40.
Here is an overview of your Bright Horizons program:
Rely on Bright Horizons Back-Up Care™ if school’s closed or your caregiver is unavailable. We’ll arrange high-quality care for you so you’ll have peace of mind, and your loved ones will get the care they need.
As of March 21, 2020, if care is not available through the back-up care program, you will be offered the option to secure care from within your own personal network (a neighbor, friend, or babysitter) and receive a reimbursement of $100 per day. More details will be provided during the reservation process. This provision will end on May 31, 2020. Final submissions for requests for Crisis Care must be submitted to Bright Horizons by June 12, 2020.
