Patient Dashboard
Virtual health has quickly moved to the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic as one of the safest ways to seek care. With an unprecedented number of patients turning to virtual health, many services are experiencing long wait times that are often hours or even days long.
Over the last few weeks, 98point6 has also seen a large influx of patients, and has experienced higher than normal wait times as a result. Regardless of volume, our clinic continues to work hard to ensure each patient receives the high-quality care or reassurance that they need, and is scaling physician and operation teams in anticipation of further visit growth.
As we scale to serve more patients, we want to ensure we are still focused on providing a great patient experience—to us that means being transparent, building trust and setting expectations with our members. To that end, we created an online, public Patient Dashboard that allows everyone to view visit data and wait times of the previous day, so they can better anticipate wait times when seeking care. Additionally, once a patient starts a visit, we are providing a wait time estimate based on current volume.
Product Update
To expand the reach of primary care and continue to be an affordable and efficient option for our patients, we will no longer be supporting visits through our web browser application starting April 30. This shift in resources will allow us to focus even more on providing the best care to our patients, and we will work directly with the less than 1% of users who have used the web application to transition to the mobile version. As always, diagnosis and treatment can be accessed through our mobile app, 24/7, anywhere employees and their dependents ages 1+ need it.
