Your coordinated care team is trained on all your benefit plans (even if they aren’t with Aetna) and can answer questions or warm transfer you to an external vendor while staying on the line for support. Need a second opinion about a diagnosis or upcoming surgery – they’ve got you covered and can connect you with Included Health. Have questions about a non-emergency condition like the flu, allergies, anxiety, stress or a rash — Aetna can put you in touch with Teledoc. The Aetna One Advocate team is trained to listen to what you need and can engage other resources and specialists, when necessary, to help you when you need it most.
