You have 10 free face-to-face confidential counseling sessions, and unlimited telephonic sessions available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Financial services and consultation
Dow Jones Resources for Living, which is administered by Aetna, is available to Dow Jones retirees and their household members. You and your family have access to a free initial assessment and 30 minutes of counseling with certified public accountants, financial planners, budget specialists or licensed securities brokers, regarding issues such as tuition, investing, taxes, budgeting, retirement, debts, loans, mortgages and refinancing.
Legal information and consultation
Dow Jones Resources for Living also offers you help with a variety of legal matters. You are entitled to a free initial 30-minute office or telephone consultation for each separate legal issue. Then, you can get a 25% discount for further assistance from a legal provider in the network. The following issues are eligible: divorce support, custody, domestic violence, Social Security, Medicare, real estate, bankruptcy, debt collection, criminal charges, wills, trusts, probate and more.
